Week 3: The Core Feature
This is where we spend 80% of our energy. If it's an AI app, we tune the prompts. If it's a fintech app, we nail the transaction flow.
Week 4: Polish & Ship
We add Stripe billing, set up the landing page, and deploy. By Friday, real users can sign up and pay.
